M Group aggressively pursues energy reduction and efficiency improvement opportunities by following standard energy audit requirements and completing standard energy audit forms as the basis for the energy audit recommendations. The areas of evaluation will include but are not limited to the following: 

General building construction   Heating and cooling systems   Water heating system   Refrigeration equipment   Indoor and outdoor lighting   Cooking equipment   Office equipment   Laundry equipment   Hot tubs, spas, and swimming pools   Elevators and escalators   Interval usage data   Operations and maintenance procedures
